This cute, quiet home on a huge lot was rebuilt from the ground up after the 1989 earthquake. While it is newer, it was lovingly rebuilt with an eye to the charm of older cabins, the sensibilities of mountain living and taking advantage of some of the conveniences not available when the original structure was built such as double pane windows, indoor laundry and natural gas stove in the Living Room with new refrigerator and gas stove in the kitchen. Bedroom and loft area upstairs and a large, bright bedroom off the living room could be game or guest room. Large basement with room for storage of tools, seasonal decorations and a possible workshop.
