I'm not too big, and I'm not too small. I enjoy an awesome location in the Pacific Grove Retreat area with my own driveway and garage. From just outside my front door, beautiful water views are a head turn away. I'm hard to beat. Just 1 block to the charming downtown and its awarding winning restaurants and 2 blocks to the Monterey Bay and Lover's Point Park. My 1920/30's charm exudes everywhere - from the arched front door and glass French doors, to the little niches throughout, to the built-in cabinetry, to the artistic fireplace surround and sprinkling of stained glass to welcome the sunlight. My two bedrooms and one bath are quite large with room for multiple beds. I have just the right amount of outdoor space with a patio for dining and a low-maintenance but lush garden.
