Additionally, the owner has added 5 RV campers (on wheels) in the backyard that he also rents on Airbnb. These can be moved out of the backyard through the back alley exit. My recommendation would be to tear down some of the interior walls in order to restore it back to its original and traditional style 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with a living and family room. There are only 2 tenants in the main house (long term tenants) that have been given a 60 day notice and will remain in the home through May 15th 2023. (cash for keys may be a possibility).
