Then be sure to walk through the kitchen and out to the back yard. There are SO many options for building and enjoying this space - let your creativity run wild!! The seller tells me that there used to be a structure in the back yard, but it was torn down before they purchased the property. I can just see an ADU nestled back there, benefitting from the shade of the large trees, enjoying the quiet setting set far back from the street. Or, a new bigger house than the existing one in the back and use the existing house as the ADU. Check with the governing municipalities for feasibility and details. This house does need some TLC: The owner let us know that it needs a new roof and that there is some settling of the foundation.
