Lower level has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, dining area / den & closets. Lower level also features 2 sets of french doors that lead out from the den as well as bedroom to covered back porch. Front door (on lower level) protected by covered porch as well. Newer flooring in town home & recently replaced Central AC compressor & air handler. Gated community boasts pool, club house w/work out room & Short Term (transient) Rentals! Close to the lower Keys only golf course (KW Golf Club), hospital, several marinas, airport, bars & restaurants. Not here all the time, no problem. Lock it & Leave.
