I know Colorado Real Estate. I have been a Colorado resident for 57 years and in the Evergreen/Conifer mountain area since 1992. I became a full-time Realtor® in 1993. Prior to my real estate career I lived in Grand Lake and worked at the Winter Park Ski Resort as a ski instructor. I have a lot of history in this great state. My great, great grandfather was governor of Colorado in 1895. As a fully licensed Realtor®, I am one of only 5% of the Realtors® in the United States that has earned the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation. The CRS recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education, and the in-depth training has given me knowledge in all areas important to residential real estate transactions.

I am currently working toward my Master of Real Estate (MRE) designation. This designation provides advanced training and critical skills for the real estate business and education in current real estate topics. 96 hours of education is required, including the course, "Just Sell It - Ethically." I serve on the Board of Directors for the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors® as a Director at Large. I am also one of the 12 volunteer committee members on the Metrolist MLS Rules and Regulation Commitee.

As a member of the Evergreen/Conifer community for 21 years, I am well-versed in the multitude of details involved in buying and selling in the mountain area. I have the Certified Mountain Area Specialists (CMAS) designation which focuses on the different kinds of knowledge that is needed to accurately sell property in the mountain area.
