Lali’s real estate background and knowledge of Hawaii provides her clients with an outstanding basis to begin a house hunting or home sale experience. Her energy and devotion to helping her clients has resulted in many referrals and repeat clients. Lali comes from a family of Hawaii realtors, developers and investors. She was raised on Oahu and the Big Island, and lived on the mainland and in Europe where she sold and managed property. She has the people skills and expertise to serve Hawaii home buyers including the military as well as first time buyers.
Real estate training and updates are important aspects of a smooth real estate transaction. Lali received her Graduate Realtor Institute designation in 2001 as well as Certified Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative designations. She most recently received an e-Pro designation to provide the most up to date services by computer and is currently a “Green Certified” agent. She regularly attends seminars and conferences for updated information that may be critical for a successful real estate transaction.
Lali has volunteered for many local charities including the Leukemia Society, a women’s shelter and the Lokahi Children’s Fund. She was instrumental in starting a community library, organized and led youth tours and taught English as a second language. Lali worked as a volunteer emergency technician, a National ski patroller and owned a successful screen print and design business for many years.
In addition to receiving numerous awards for production, Lali received the Agent’s Agent Award, nominated for the Aloha Aina People’s Choice Award, was a recipient of the Aloha Aina Award Newcomer as well as the Mission Award for 10 years in a row for creating an environment of aloha while at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. Lali is a founding member of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawai’i Realty and received an award in 2016 from her peers, “Luna I Luna” (raising the bar in all we do).
