Great elevation for mountain and valley views. Winter views (right now)are the best, but next owner will probably want to do some tree thinning to make it spectacular. There are three building sites that come first to mind: one is tucked away in a dell (first right hand trail/green ribbons) where the deer stand sits (!) & 2 sites are up higher (trail @ culvert/blue bale string))...one in a small clearing, & then bear left out of the clearing to the highest site amidst big hardwoods...trail swings back onto the road over another culvert(more blue bale string) near back line of the parcel(see red tape on trees). The site in the clearing sits at 840 feet elevation and the higher one at 875 feet elevation. Maybe better to walk into the trails to bldg. sites until you know the ground better. There are two houses built on this private road, one at Wilson Rd. and another at the roads end . The land for sale fills the middle! A Wilson Rd. mail box number will be assigned when the house is built. Look for mail box # 5873 on Wilson Rd. to know when to turn. Small children playing at end ; so don't drive back there to turn around....can use one of the three trails described above.
