The great room, which is just off The Strand, includes the living room, kitchen, and dining areas, all open to vast ocean views. Just outside the great room is your private deck with a fire table. Take in beautiful sunsets and BBQ to your heart's delight. Just beyond your private deck is The Strand, beach, and ocean. Nothing but nature and people along The Strand for your westerly views. Enjoy being one of the few homes with unobstructed ocean views from buildings. There are many upgrades to this lovely home, newly remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring in the main rooms and bathrooms. Also, enjoy using the large front-loading washer and dryer. The home offers a gym with a Peleton, treadmill, "Mirror" and free weights. There is also a bike room; use our Strand cruiser bikes or keep your own here. Hermosa Oasis is ideally situated from the Hermosa Beach downtown area with a short walk to The Plaza. The Plaza offers terrific dining as well as shopping for all ages. So you are close but not so close to having the crowds that The Plaza can accommodate. Summertime and holiday months differ from the low-season pricing listed here. The owner will not rent for longer than 8 months at a time.
