This property is being offered only as a fully furnished home and subject to seasonal pricing which varies based on timing of the year. The standard monthly rate from October - April is $4,900/month. The standard summer monthly rate from May - September is $5,900/month, but we currently have a last minute discount for the months of May & June 2024 of $4,900/month. Please note that the pool is open during the months of May through September, and closed October through April. Please inquire with your exact desired lease dates. Internet, pest control, landscaping, pool and hot tub services are included in the monthly rent. Utilities (water (sewer, trash), power, gas) are not included and are the responsibility of tenants. They can however be included for an additional monthly charge depending on the lease terms. No Section 8. Property is currently occupied, showing by appointment only. If you would only be renting for 3 months or less, we can only rent through Airbnb/Vrbo. If you would be renting for 3+ months, then we would execute a standard lease document versus booking online through Airbnb/Vrbo, which eliminates the websites' booking service fees.
