The large living/dining area has 10 ft ceilings with gas burning fireplace. Central A/C and heat.The guesthouse is detached from the Main house and is adjacent to a 1 acre pasture. The property is across the street from the trail system which is lovely for evening strolls.Sleeping options: There is a Queen bed in one bedroom and a King bedroom in another room. Third bedroom is an office. There are two smart TV's which are connected to the WIFI and can stream on your preferred platforms. The home has its own washer and dryer.Compatibility with family in the main house is very important. While the spaces are separate, there is a shared drive way and you'll hear the occasional playtime and giggles.
