After many years of record success as a Sales Manager and Owner of medical equipment business I started my real estate career in 1999 with one mission in mind “to make a difference in the lives of others.” I discovered how best I could serve people by helping them fulfill the ultimate American dream of home ownership and financial security. It is important to relate to people to understand their wants, needs and visions and transfer that into them being in a home environment that supports and expresses the essence of who they are in the world. My clients have found me to be highly relatable and trustworthy. These are characteristics that I do not take for granted.
My spectrum of clients range from Section 8 home purchasers to multimillion dollar purchasers and sellers. It is important to me to treat everyone as if they are worth millions. It’s easy when you live your life from a solid foundation. That is the Golden Rule school… treat everyone the way you want to be treated. After all, I have the best clients in the world and they are priceless.
I have become a great resource for my clients because in addition to being a top negotiator I am also a licensed senior mortgage consultant. This allows me to be very creative in structuring transactions. I am also tenacious in servicing clients for life. Although, I have served clients as far away as Little Egg Harbor and Trenton it gives me great satisfaction to see my clients often in the neighborhood while in the grocery store or riding my bike along the beach. Serving in my community brings me a great deal of joy and satisfaction.
