FANNY D. ROSENTAL, CRS, SFR
Fanny D. Rosental, Certified Residential Specialist, has worked as a Realtor since 1995. Her numerous achievements include selection to President's Club every year since 1998, ranking among the top 10 companywide producers for 10 years in a row with her previous broker; and receiving both the 100% Customer Satisfaction and 5 Star Circle of Excellence awards. Fanny's vast experience ranges from luxury homes and new construction to finding the perfect balance of location, space, and affordability for the first-time home buyer.
Among her many specialties, she is also a Certified HAFA Realtor, Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and has been certified by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Fanny has a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology as well as a Master's degree in Social Anthropology, and is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Hebrew. Fanny is only one half of the Team Rosental. Her husband Ruben is E-Pro certified with a specialty in marketing. Fanny is most proud of her willingness to go the extra mile and provide the best possible level of service for her clients.
RUBEN ROSENTAL, E-Pro
Ruben Rosental, a Realtor since 1999, Ruben is a certified E-Pro. As a part of the Team Rosental, he has been recognized as a top 10 producer companywide with his previous broker. He has also earned the Star Circle of Excellence award, honoring 100% customer satisfaction, from 1999 to present.
Ruben has successfully represented developers on new construction projects planning the marketing program for each. Additionally, he has vast experience in marketing as a business leader both in Mexico and San Diego. His strategy includes successfully building and maintaining different websites that help their clients expose their properties on the Internet.
Ruben earned a law degree from Mexico's National University and advanced management degree from Instituto Panamericano de Alta Direccion de Empresas. He is a community leader serving on The Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew.
In his spare time, he enjoys classical music, reading, and spending time with his grandchildren.
