35 Acres of pines and seclusion in northern Wyoming with power close. This property is at the Borderline Ranch in a remote area of Wyoming, 60 miles north of Gillette, Wyoming (pop 32,000). The small community of Recluse (pop 160) is about 25 miles to the southwest. This is a beautiful area of rolling hills with lots of pine trees, interesting rock outcroppings and lots of wildlife. It is only 2 or 3 miles south of the Montana state line. Parcel 7 has lots of pine trees on it and is only a few hundred yards from power. Linen lane is the access road that gets you up onto a ridge to give you some elevated build sites with great panoramic views. There is a lot of wildlife in the area such as antelope, turkeys, mule deer, whitetails and Elk along with good upland bird hunting. The Keyhole reservoir is about 80 miles southeast and has fantastic pike and walleye fishing. Lake DeSmet is southwest about 110 miles and has good Trout and Walleye fishing as well. This area is well know for Hunting some of the Biggest and Best Mule Deer in the nation. The Thunder Basin National Grasslands are to the southeast where the antelope still roam in large numbers. This hidden gem of an area in northeast Wyoming offers rolling hills, private canyons and valleys with Ponderosa Pine Trees and Cedars to make for lots of seclusion. There are several nice building sites on this property where you can tuck yourself into a private valley. It has access via a gravel road that is up to the owners to maintain. If your looking for a quiet escape to get away from it all and enjoy country living, this is the place for you. Mild covenants, but no HOA for enforcement.
