Steven Hannegan is a graduate of the University of Santa Clara and fifth generation Californian, with family ties to the Palm Springs area tracing back to the Thunderbird Dude Ranch, now Thunderbird Country Club. He holds an MBA from Golden Gate University.
A Buyer Specialist, Steve’s primary interest is his clients’ interest in Coachella Valley real estate. Known for his in-depth study of our local luxury market, Steve is well equipped to match his clients with the perfect property. And his long list of repeat customers and referrals testifies to his extensive knowledge of the residential inventory from La Quinta to Palm Springs.
Steve’s been a Broker/Associate member of the Louise Hampton Team at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties for fourteen years, where he enjoys unsurpassed technical and office support, allowing him to focus on the needs and objectives of his clients. Steve began his career as a recruiter for his alma mater; He then joined IBM in marketing. After managing a real estate firm in Canton, Ohio, he established, along with First Boston Capital, mortgage units in fifteen of the firm’s offices. He was an owner of deluxe showrooms to the design trade in Orange County, San Francisco, and Palm Springs prior to joining the Hampton Team.

Barb Keane

Barbara Keane… The team mom. Barb has been with the Louise Hampton Team since 2000. She and her husband moved to Palm Springs in 1985 to raise their 3 boys to men. Barb loves volunteering and was president of every school PTA and athletic booster club where her boys participated. She has a BS in Child Development/Psychology from San Diego State. In her early years she worked in the lending industry. She subsequently took some time off to raise kids.
Now Barb is selling homes across the entire Coachella Valley, as well as in Idyllwild, where she and her husband own a cabin. Barb enjoys educating her clients about San Jacinto Mountain living. It’s generally about 30 degrees cooler up there, making it a fantastic summer 2nd home solution for desert dwellers.
Barb is also a “Four Seasons” specialist for the Buyer over 55. The complex is a great Palm Springs spot for a retirement home.
Barb loves working with first time buyers, second home searchers and full time residents. She is service oriented and especially likes teaching young adults the ins and outs of buying real estate. Michael Koski

Michael Koski is a licensed real estate agent who has been a member of the Louise Hampton Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for over five years. A seasoned agent, with a background in residential and commercial interior design, he’s experienced in listening to his clients’ needs. Michael’s ability to visualize the ‘possibilities’ enables him to ‘paint a picture’ of properties that might require alterations in order to maximize their potential. Michael is committed to finding the right property for his clients’ individual lifestyles and design preferences. Whether Mid Century Modern or Mediterranean Villa, and across all price parameters, he leaves no stone unturned in identifying and helping his clients purchase their ideal home. Kathy Kendrick
Team Manager
Kathy brings over 25 years of real estate expertise to her role as Louise’s Team Manager. Licensed since 1989, she is experienced in client care, team management, contract negotiation and administration and marketing. She ensures that each client receives stellar service through her conscientious and effective assistance.
Prior to making the desert her permanent home in early 2014, Kathy managed a Top Producing real estate team in the Westside of Los Angeles for 13 years. Her Residential Real Estate career also included ten years as a Project Manager for condo conversion projects in Los Angeles and Santa Monica, as well as Management of the Leasing Division of that same Santa Monica based Real Estate brokerage. Kathy’s long established real estate network in Los Angeles is an invaluable resource, enhancing our significant Team referral data base.
For many years, Kathy was President of her Homeowner’s Association in Westwood (West Los Angeles) where she owned and resided. Kathy is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. Her academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Art History.
Originally from the Midwest, Kathy resided in Los Angeles for over 30 years before realizing her longstanding dream of making the Desert her home. She still marvels at our stunning mountain and desert backdrop to everyday activities.

Mary Moody-Lewis
Marketing Director
Mary was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of celebrity musicians, Grace and Phil Moody. After graduating Loyola Marymount University where she studied Communications and Business, she honed her business skills in the entertainment and high end retail industries in the Hollywood-Beverly Hills area.
Relocating to the Desert 20 years ago, Mary spent several years managing her parent’s acclaimed entertainment venue “Moody’s Supper Club” on South Palm Canyon Drive before turning her focus to real estate portfolio management (She holds the CAR Property Management Certification designation) and acquisition. Her extensive knowledge of the local area, attention to detail and superior marketing skills have contributed to her reputation for integrity among peers and clients. More importantly, her love of the City of Palm Springs and the surrounding Coachella Valley make her a perfect fit for the Louise Hampton Team!
Mary resides in the Deepwell neighborhood of Palm Springs in the family home (a featured property during Modernism Week 2015) which was purchased in 1969.
