A native of the Washington D.C. area, Patsy Connors Carpenter spend her childhood summers in South Bethany. Upon graduation from the University of Maryland, College Park, Carpenter began her rich and varied professional life as Managing Editors for educational and health trade journals including Educational Leadership and The American Journal of Occupational Therapy.

A devoted enthusiast of Lewes and the surrounding resort area, Carpenter and her husband Jim moved to Lewes over 20 years ago to raise their 4 children. Obtaining her Real Estate license in 1986, Carpenter worked locally in rentals and sales until 1993, when she and her husband opened “Play it Again Sports”, a sporting goods store in Dover, DE. With the retail business still going strong, Carpenter joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty, REALTORS in 2004 and has quickly become a top producing sales associate.
