Long term rental is 7 months to a year, for $2,300. A short term rental is a minimum of 30 days for $3,000. All include WiFi, trash pick up right out front, lawn care/mowing & trimming & maintenance. Water & electric combined will have a $150 cap each month. Anything above, you will be provided a copy of the utility bill & be responsible for the overage. Background check is required & $150 cleaning fee is required along with the 1st months rent.
